About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Ten2Two Ltd, a growing environmental consultancy. As an Operations Manager, you will provide administrative, project, and compliance support to our team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR activities, including recruitment, screening, induction, and performance management.
  • Liaise with our IT Managed Service Provider to ensure seamless technology support.
  • Provide internal project management support, including coordinating tasks and deadlines.
  • Carry out general administrative duties, such as data entry and document management.
  • Assist with maintenance of ISO accreditations and internal audits.
  • Review and update company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate external audits for 3rd party accreditations.
  • Coordinate Management Review meetings and follow up actions.
  • Update the company website.
  • Provide basic financial cover for our Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • Strong experience implementing policies and procedures, including ISO:9001 and ISO:27001 standards.
  • Experience of providing administrative support.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a growing team.
What We Offer
  • Salary c£40k FTE (pro-rated down for part-time hours) - dependent on experience.
  • 25 days plus Bank Holidays (pro-rated down for part-time hours).
  • 16 hours per week, worked as 2 full days or spread across the week (some presence required in the office).
