Job Summary:

As a Security and Resilience Control Centre Operator at abrdn, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and resilience of our global operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, managing access control systems, and providing technical support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage access control systems, including ID card administration and key holder management.
  • Provide technical support to our teams, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with our Security and Resilience teams to ensure the effective operation of our security systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our security systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in security operations, incident management, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and intruder detection systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
