Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer

At Quest Global Engineering Limited, we are seeking a skilled Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer. This role is focused on leveraging your expertise in Solumina systems to oversee data transfer engineering and its implementation within the aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of data transfer processes and implementation strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure the team remains aligned with project goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between Quest and clients, addressing challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
- Support Solumina Management within the relevant technology domain.
- Collaborate with MRP/ERP systems (Solumina/SAP) and manufacturing workflows.
- Facilitate data transfer from SAP to Solumina.
- Exhibit strong project coordination and reporting capabilities.
- Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) and routing processes.
- Foster and maintain customer relationships.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement best practices and innovative ideas.
- Monitor and enhance project governance structures.
- Define the scope of work within the project.
- Establish internal processes and procedures based on industry best practices.
- Serve as a training coordinator and mentor for practical applications.
- Contribute to technical and program reviews.
- Apply engineering principles to resolve complex challenges.
Required Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering, specifically in creating BOMs and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Solumina.
- Experience in personnel and project management.
- Proven ability to manage projects according to detailed plans.
- Strong foundation in aerospace engineering.
- Hands-on experience in solving technical issues and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to build trust and relationships both internally and externally.
- Quick learner of new methods and techniques.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
