The role involves working on a rotational basis, with shifts typically taking place from 22:00 to 08:00. You will be part of a supportive team that works together to provide high-quality care and support to our service users.

As a Community Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to service users in a safe and nurturing environment

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a care and support role
- Ability to work on a rotational basis, including night shifts
