Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant at FCM Travel

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our team at FCM Travel. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various travel products to our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and handling financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion: Utilize your travel experience to promote and sell various travel products, including flights, hotels, and packages.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our clients through in-person, phone, and email interactions, ensuring their travel needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Travel Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on travel regulations, restrictions, and industry trends to provide expert advice to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience meeting sales targets and KPIs, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Customer Service: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems, including CRM software and travel industry tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Education and Qualifications:
