Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating travel experiences for our customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure their travel dreams come to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use your travel experience to sell travel products and destinations to customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipt payments, and maintain financial documents
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel regulations and government restrictions

Requirements

  • Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Passion for customer service and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Comprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and an efficient organizer
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
