Job Title: Florist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team at Wild at Heart Floristry. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conditioning and preparing flowers for arrangements
  • Advising customers on flower selection and arrangement design
  • Creating stunning floral arrangements and hand-tied bouquets
  • Packaging and presenting flowers to a high standard
  • Managing stock levels and performing daily paperwork
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio and shop environment
  • Liaising with internal and external couriers for customer deliveries
  • Supporting head office staff with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a floristry or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of seasonal flowers and their care
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Efficient and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Creative background an advantage, but not essential
