About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Florist at PAUL THOMAS, one of London's leading florists. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional floral designs for a multitude of high-net-worth clients and London venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Buy and manage inventory of flowers and materials
  • Design and create bouquets and gift orders from our web selection or bespoke
  • Take orders from walk-in customers and online clients
  • Assist in the making of small-scale events and weddings under instruction from the events team
  • Support the Contracts team in making select weekly Contracts
  • Support the Gifting Manager in booking deliveries with third-party couriers
  • Support the Gifting Manager in responding to shop emails
  • Make deliveries to our London-based clients as needed
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in the floral and shop industry
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Genuine passion for floristry and energy to tackle every event with enthusiasm
  • Preferred but not essential: hold a full UK driving license and be happy to drive vans on occasion
  • Happy with early starts and willing to work at the weekend as necessary

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, with a minimum of eight Saturdays a year, and flexible start times to meet business needs
