We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Primary Care team at HMP New Hall. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the registered nurse in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received.
  • Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
