- Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects by understanding their unique business needs and challenges. Conduct thorough research to gather valuable insights into customer situations, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Fuel Pipeline Growth: Qualify inbound leads generated through events, downloads, trials, and webinars. Nurture these leads and guide them through the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth transition to our Account Executives.
- Become a Product Expert: Immerse yourself in Dynatrace's comprehensive suite of software solutions. Develop a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Deliver Compelling Presentations: Showcase Dynatrace's capabilities through engaging product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Proven experience in Sales Development within the Enterprise Software sector.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt sales approaches based on individual customer requirements.
- A highly driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
