Job Description

**Job Title:** Account Manager - Supply Chain Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Centric Talent. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Customer Expectations:** Manage customer expectations and ensure that all operational service levels are met.
  • **Communication:** Communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • **Analyzing Statistics and KPIs:** Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
  • **Transportation:** Coordinate transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • **Processing Instructions:** Provide clear and accurate processing instructions to internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • **Data Accuracy:** Maintain accurate stock files and reports to provide customers with real-time stock updates.
  • **Invoicing:** Accurately invoice customers for all processes and materials.
  • **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and supply chain operations.

**Requirements:**

  • **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a 3PL environment.
  • **Skills:** Strong negotiating skills, experience with warehouse processing, and proficiency in IT systems.
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a related field.

**Benefits:**

  • **Holidays:** 25 days per annum plus 8 days bank holidays.
  • **Death in Service:** 3 times salary.
  • **Mat-Pay:** Full-pay for 6 months, then standard pay.
  • **Pension:** 5% paid by the colleague, 3% by ASC.
