Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
- Support the Contract Management and Site Trade teams to deliver excellent, timely services to our customers
- Work with the teams to schedule site activities, ensure the availability of project information, provision of appropriate materials and logistic support
- Communicate regularly with our customers to support project progress and satisfaction
- Support the Contract Managers during project planning and variation development by researching and ordering material requirements
- Ensure project file and documentation is kept up to date and accurate
- Contribute to keeping workflow up to date and progressing active works, reviewing and saving critical documentation to job folders
- Support the production of key reports to clients and final accounts.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, effective, timely customer service and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with the company Health & Safety Policy and other company policies & procedures
- Request payment of excesses (as applicable) and material choices from customers - chase as required
- Agree material choices with customers, source cost effective materials and arrange delivery to site

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
