ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for addressing the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, personalized care and support. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager. Additionally, you will assist the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and care evaluations. Like all team members, as a Senior Care Assistant, you will uphold the dignity and preferences of our residents while contributing to a warm, inviting, and dynamic environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
To be considered for the role of Bank Senior Care Assistant, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. It is essential to demonstrate specific expertise in clinical care for the elderly. We seek individuals who are compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing personalized care and support to each resident. You will have the chance to advance your career through continuous training opportunities, with numerous pathways available, including progression to Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.
