Position Overview

Aramark UK is seeking a skilled Mobilisation Partner to enhance our business excellence team.

Reporting directly to the Mobilisation Director, this role is pivotal in facilitating the transition of a significant new contract. You will be instrumental in overseeing the financial management of projects, conducting site assessments, monitoring supplier initiatives, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and timelines.

The new Bramley-Moore Liverpool stadium is anticipated to redefine fan engagement in Europe, accommodating 52,888 supporters on match days. Our objective is to establish a benchmark for quality and deliver outstanding experiences for our clientele.

Success in this position requires a methodical approach, the ability to adhere to established protocols, and proficiency in data management systems. Strong analytical skills and effective stakeholder engagement are essential.

This role will be primarily based in Liverpool, collaborating at both the Everton Stadium and the Royal Liver Building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with the mobilisation and demobilisation processes
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on the appropriate procedures for mobilisation and demobilisation
  • Manage the documentation required for establishing new accounts
  • Maintain a comprehensive mobilisation and transition strategy
  • Lead internal and external weekly conference calls regarding mobilisation and demobilisation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts
  • Deliver detailed updates on mobilisation and demobilisation to the business
  • Foster and sustain positive client relationships
  • Promote best practices in all mobilisation and demobilisation activities
  • Oversee the procurement of new equipment as part of the mobilisation process
  • Track the retrieval of equipment during the demobilisation phase
  • Develop a robust process for planning the introduction of new accounts within Aramark
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for mobilisation and operational teams for newly awarded contracts
  • Manage the mobilisation budget and monitor capital expenditure
  • Identify and address any potential risks to the business
  • Ensure the activation of company systems and processes in accordance with standards and contract requirements
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on design formats for submissions
  • Assist in managing the capital expenditure design and implementation process in line with company policy
  • Conduct post-mobilisation audits at newly mobilised sites

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the food or customer service sector is preferred
  • Proven track record in mobilising and demobilising contracts
  • Proficient in IT and capable of navigating various systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on data analysis
  • People-oriented with the capacity to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships
  • Financially savvy with a solid understanding of profit and loss statements
