G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join its team in Northampton. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting solicitors with their caseload of conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support solicitors with conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, and lease extensions
  • Take initial inquiries, open files, and deal with post-completion work
  • Undertake land registry searches and draft legal documents

Requirements

  • Experience working in a conveyancing department within a private practice UK-based law firm
  • Knowledge of the conveyancing process and previous experience as an assistant or legal secretary
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong phone manner
