About the Role:
James Frank Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced 1st Line Engineer to join our team. As a 1st Line Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving day-to-day technical issues, and assisting with project work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical support to clients via various communication channels
- Administer Office 365 services to ensure seamless operation
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including servers and devices
- Support clients with a range of technical issues, from troubleshooting to project implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar 1st Line support role
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration and networking fundamentals
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, SharePoint, and Windows Server
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
