Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at The Royal College of Anaesthetists. As a key member of our Training Team, you will provide administrative support to anaesthetists throughout their training programme, ensuring the smooth delivery of our training services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to anaesthetists, including maintaining accurate records and processing requests and applications.
  • Work closely with the General Medical Council (GMC), members of the public, anaesthetic trainees, senior anaesthetists, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our training services.
  • Process requests and applications from trainees taking time out of the training programme, including calculating training completion dates and advising applicants and trainers on outcomes.
  • Provide first-line support to users of our online training portfolio, ensuring they have a positive experience and receive the support they need.
