About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Dot Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the finance function of a small SME, providing financial guidance and support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage financial reports, including management accounts and year-end trial balances.
  • Oversee payroll, pension, and statutory submissions for a team of 60+ employees.
  • Manage the purchase and sales ledger, as well as credit control for a £7 million+ turnover.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage currency transactions.
  • Prepare financial statements for two small company accounts for group subsidiaries, including VAT and other required submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee various administrative processes.
Requirements
  • Qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Preferably experienced with Sage.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential.
  • A proven track record of managing the finance function of a small SME.
