- EDI Leadership: Lead our successful EDI strategy, promoting diversity and inclusion throughout our organization.
We are looking for a senior-level HR professional with a proven track record of leadership and strategic HR experience. You will have a strong understanding of employment legislation, including TUPE regulations, and experience in workforce planning and organizational change.
You will be an excellent communicator with high-level interpersonal and influencing skills, able to forge effective relationships with stakeholders and drive results. A CIPD qualification is essential, and you will have a track record of successfully delivering change and promoting diversity and equality in employment and service delivery.
