About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Operations Director to spearhead the transformation of our rapidly evolving salesforce. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to accelerate growth and optimise performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full revenue operations function, ensuring strategic alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Oversee the continued rollout of modern tools and platforms to streamline sales performance and forecasting, including systems like Salesforce and Clari.
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance pipeline visibility, improve win rates, and increase customer retention.
  • Optimise processes to drive operational efficiency, reducing friction in the customer lifecycle from lead to close.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to influence business-wide decisions with data-driven insights.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, with a track record of driving tangible results.
  • Expertise in sales technology platforms (Salesforce, Clari, Groove, etc.), and an ability to leverage data to influence decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for data, process improvement, and scaling high-growth teams.
