Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our team at Elite Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Business Intelligence function and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role

This is a brand new post and will include:

  • Managing a team of Business Intelligence Officers to deliver high-quality data insights and analysis.
  • Developing and implementing business intelligence strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on data analysis, research, and reporting to users of data and intelligence.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business intelligence and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a similar industry, such as charity, civil service, local authority, or housing association.
