Requirements:
  • Previous team leader experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Action-oriented and energetic with the ability to build effective teams.
  • Drive for results and ability to push self and others to deliver outstanding results.
Desirable:
  • Bakery production experience and BRC and third-party audit exposure.
  • Food hygiene level 2 and IOSH managing safely certification.
