Thrive Group is pleased to collaborate with a reputable client seeking multiple Manufacturing Associates to join their team. This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule.

Candidates must possess physical stamina, demonstrate reliable commuting capabilities, and be able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

During peak periods, additional hours may be necessary. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to all new hires.



Key Responsibilities:

This role encompasses various facets of manufacturing, including sorting, processing, packaging, and dispatching products. Employees are expected to meet and surpass established targets while adhering to quality standards and company protocols.



Work Schedule:

Shifts are available from Monday to Friday, with options including 6:30 AM to 3 PM, 9:30 AM to 6 PM, or 1 PM to 9:30 PM. The hourly wage is set at £12.25, with an overtime rate of £18.38 applicable after 40 hours per week.



Compensation:

Base Rate: £12.25 per hour
Overtime Rate: £18.38 per hour
