Expert Employment is seeking a dedicated and skilled Validation Engineer to join our expanding team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Testing and Validation: Engage proactively in all stages of product testing, spanning from research and development to product release, to ensure our products meet the required quality standards.
  2. Testing Tools and Methodologies: Create and utilize software, firmware, and hardware testing tools for the testing of products, and formulate and implement product testing plans and tactics.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify prospects for improving tools and processes related to product testing, and participate in project planning and the decision-making process.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Establish and upkeep documentation, including product test sheets, to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in Engineering, Electronics, or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Proficiency in using hardware testing tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and multimeters.
  3. Possession of a valid and clean UK driving license.
  4. Exposure to automotive-based technologies.
  5. A strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  6. Experience with software testing techniques, including manual and automated testing.
