About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Follow care plans and ensure residents receive the necessary care and support
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive a high-quality service

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
