Senior Support Worker - Midsomer Norton

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Midsomer Norton. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while also contributing to the management of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in achieving their goals and increasing independence.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including allocating shifts, booking training, and inducting new colleagues.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a welcoming and friendly environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of all individuals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs.
