Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Client Advisor to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Account Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
  • Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Perform critical client functions, including risk evaluation, loss experience analysis, and solution development.
  • Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.

Requirements

  • Commercial insurance experience is essential, with a strong background in risk management and client-facing skills.
  • Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment.
  • Articulate with strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
