About the Role

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to lead our fast-paced retail operations in the South East region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of store managers and staff to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with head office teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators to ensure financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Support company events, local marketing initiatives, and share successes with the team
