Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide first-class secretarial support to our GP Practice and deliver excellent levels of administration and customer service. Responding to requests from clinicians, external services, and other team members, you will complete a wide variety of tasks.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Workflow administration for all clinical correspondence
- Referrals via clinical systems and WCCG
- Effective READ coding
- Notes summarizing
- Completing Subject Access Requests (SARS)
