Hawksworth is seeking a skilled Foreign Exchange Solutions Architect to contribute to the transformation of our FX trading operations. This role involves establishing business process modeling and strategic roadmaps for our Foreign Exchange trading desk, which is undergoing significant technological and operational changes.

The organization is enhancing its front, middle, and back office systems with a focus on digital innovation, including the development of advanced services and APIs, as well as adopting a data-centric approach and accelerating initiatives in Cloud and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise architecture initiatives in the FX domain.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of FX operations from front to back, including eFX brokerage platforms.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Foreign Exchange, Precious Metals, and Carbon markets, including market structures, stakeholders, and software vendors.
  • Provide insights into post-trade processes such as confirmation and settlement.
  • Address data governance challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversee the modularity of information systems through APIs and data exchange standards.
  • Facilitate migration strategies to both private and public Cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background across brokerage and trading platforms, enabling them to advise on and architect strategic roadmaps for our operations.
