About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in one of our care homes, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing person-centered care that prioritizes the unique needs and preferences of each resident. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and well-being.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is a knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who prioritizes the needs of others, with a person-centered approach to nursing. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
