About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in one of our care homes, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing expert clinical guidance and support to our residents and their families. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our colleagues.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of the latest clinical practices. You will have experience of producing high-quality care plans and risk assessments, as well as a good knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents. Your person-centred approach, combined with your clinical expertise, will enable you to provide tailored support to our residents and their families.
