Dalkia UK is seeking a highly skilled National QSHE Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role

This is a home-based national role with frequent travel, including occasional overnight stays, to sites as needed.

The successful candidate will provide competent and definitive QSHE advice, guidance, and leadership to the Projects team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and carry out QSHE inspections on all project works across the contract
  • Assist in maintaining project QSHE records as required
  • Coach and mentor employees in QSHE induction programmes and other training required for projects
  • Participate in Health & Safety Codes of Safe Working and other Environmental issues to ensure total compliance with Dalkia Health, Safety and Environmental Policy
  • Make recommendations on matters concerning continuous improvement and "adding value" that may improve the productivity, costs, quality of service delivery etc.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
  • NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • Training experience
  • Project work / general construction background
