Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of innovative software solutions that meet business needs and exceed user expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software systems.
  • Champion best practices and ensure adherence to industry standards and guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling within the engineering community.
  • Hands-on experience in web technologies, CI/CD, TDD, Kubernetes, and API-First design.
  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience across JavaScript, TypeScript, React, NodeJS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
