Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our team's data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data collection, analysis, and management, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform business strategy and drive process improvements.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across relevant systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business processes using data-driven insights.
  • Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports that present data findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
  • This is a rolling contract with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
