Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Areti Group | B Corp®. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully collecting, analysing, and managing data to support business objectives.

This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with multiple teams, solve complex business problems, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making processes. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop practical solutions. They will also have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support business decision-making processes.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across relevant systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve business processes using data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports that present data findings and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on data collection, data analysis, and management.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
