About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Teledyne UK Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams of engineers and manufacturing staff to deliver projects on time, to cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to establish and monitor project budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and business cases.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on production and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project and MS Project Server.
  • Qualification in project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
