Job Summary:

Owen Daniels is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our Tier 1 and Tier 2 Aerospace OEM customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts in the aerospace industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Work closely with the senior team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the planning function to ensure effective communication of supply issues to customers and to ensure conformity to contract performance measures.
  • Manage customer enquiries, quotes, and contracts in line with company policy.
  • Report regular updates to the executive team on key performance indicators, budget, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at customer review meetings and coordinate resultant actions across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of prior account management experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced computer skills with experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
