Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring all aspects of the development are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Provide a first-class service to our Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Organise activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of our Home Owners, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring the development remains a safe and secure environment for our Home Owners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to the needs of our Home Owners in a timely and professional manner.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve issues and make decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our Home Owners, contractors and suppliers.
- A rent-free, 2-bedroom apartment on-site, providing a comfortable and convenient living arrangement.
