As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, matching to POs, managing the AP inbox, and handling supplier enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Process purchase invoices and match to POs
- Manage the AP inbox and handle supplier enquiries
- Support the finance team with supplier statement reconciliation and investigating discrepancies
- Prepare payment runs and liaise with operational teams and suppliers
- Strong administration skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize workload effectively and prioritize tasks
- Previous finance experience is a bonus
- Permanent opportunity with a competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week with flexible working hours
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
- Private healthcare, 5% pension contribution, and study support
