Job Title: Curriculum Leader for English

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Curriculum Leader for English to join our team at Lammas School. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our English curriculum, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in their future careers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on student outcomes and achievement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum plans, monitoring student progress, and working closely with teachers to ensure that our students receive the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the English curriculum
  • Monitor student progress and achievement
  • Work closely with teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans
  • Collaborate with other subject leaders to ensure consistency and coherence across the curriculum
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong track record of leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of the English curriculum and its implementation
  • Experience of developing and implementing curriculum plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other subject leaders
