Our Team

The Portfolio Implementation Team is a part of the Pan European Equities Implementation Team. We're looking for an experienced analyst to join our team, who is organised, hard working and interested in getting exposure to a wide variety of roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Fund Manager decisions, managing cash and providing Investment desk support.
  • Work within the Implementation Team managing the implementation of investment models, working closely with the Fund Managers to aid in the design of the investment process.
  • Oversee cash management, implement hedge strategies and the instruction of corporate actions.
  • Provide a vital link between Operations, Client Service teams and the Fund Manager.
  • Work together with the Trading team on the implementation of trades and liquidity management, instructing contingent trades.

Requirements

  • Experience of at least 2-3 years in a front office support role.
  • A good understanding of equity securities and markets, including derivatives.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and multi task.
  • Strong in both written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across teams or departments.
  • Have an understanding of process and how operation and support teams work.
  • Keen interest in financial markets and instruments.
  • A critical thinker who's able to look at things from different angles and enjoys solving problems.
  • Able to identify areas that need attention or have gaps and suggest and drive solutions.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of Aladdin – PFC, PFM and Dashboard.
  • Previous use of Eikon.
  • IMC preferred or willingness to complete.
