About the Role
This is a senior-level position within the Finance Talent Development Division of MatchaTalent. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and training in finance and accounting, working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various business segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and develop curricula for courses in accounting, finance, and other business domains, coordinating with SMEs from different business segments.
- Collaborate with SMEs from relevant business segments to deliver courses, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and practical insights.
- Identify and recommend new course offerings, consulting with SMEs from various business segments to align the curriculum with current industry trends and needs.
- Continuously update course materials to incorporate new knowledge and stay relevant in rapidly evolving business environments.
- Actively participate in planning initiatives and successfully complete ad-hoc tasks related to curriculum development and improvement.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will be required to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Hold a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputable University.
- Possess relevant professional certification (e.g. CMA, CFA, CPA, CA).
- Have a minimum of 10 years of related experience, with at least 5 years in training and development.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrate evidence of leadership in projects.
- Exhibit the ability to effectively work in a team environment.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
