Global Oil and Gas Senior Treasury Analyst

About the Company
This company is a leading player in the exploration, production, transportation, and sale of crude oil and natural gas. It operates through three main segments: Upstream, Downstream, and Corporate. The Upstream segment focuses on crude oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids exploration, field development, and production. The Downstream segment is involved in refining, logistics, power generation, and the marketing of crude oil, petroleum, and petrochemical products to international and domestic customers. The Corporate segment provides supporting services, including human resources, finance, and information technology.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Group Treasury Subject Matter Expert to join the Group Treasury Management Department at this company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize external debt placement, including the use of preferred funding entities.
- Optimize intra-group capital placement through preferred lending entities.
- Contribute to the implementation of an in-house bank for cash pooling and payment factory.
- Apply global financial risk management expertise to address operational needs.
- Provide insights into global supply chain financing arrangements and group treasury governance and organizational requirements.
Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field from a recognized program. Additional certifications, such as CTP, CFA, CMA, or CPC, are beneficial.
- At least 10 years of experience in various treasury roles, demonstrating a wealth of experience across treasury functions.
- A team player capable of mentoring, motivating, training, and developing less experienced staff.
- Excellent communication skills.
