Our client, a leading principle contractor, is seeking a skilled Facade Manager to oversee facade works, particularly curtain walling, on a 2-year project in Cambridgeshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting and collaborating with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
- Site supervision and adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Maintaining site diaries and updating RAMS documents.
- Ensuring quality assurance and managing labor allocation.
- Providing regular progress reports and overseeing external facade construction operations.
- CSCS certification.
- SMSTS qualification.
- First aid training.
- Strong experience in curtain walling and facade packages.
- At least 10 years of management experience.
