About the Role:

The Building Surveyor will be working on various projects, including dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work, contract administration, project management, and specification writing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct dilapidations and schedule of conditions surveys to identify defects and damages
  • Review tenders and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Manage party wall work and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Administer contracts and manage projects from start to finish
  • Write specifications for construction projects
