Role Overview: As a Critical Care Outreach Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. This position involves managing a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing services to patients in critical care.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Providing support and guidance to patients and their families.
