ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Address and respond to guest repair requests promptly.
- Engage with guests to resolve maintenance concerns effectively.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Perform visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Identify and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and utilities.
- Manage maintenance inventory and order parts and supplies as necessary.
- Communicate daily activities and any issues to other shifts using established communication protocols.
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge or the ability to learn about: air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Execute surface preparation, painting, minor drywall repairs, and light fixture replacements.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on various equipment, including plumbing and electrical components.
- Program televisions and assist with general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory tasks.
- Adhere to the Lockout/Tagout system before commencing any maintenance work.
- Perform repairs on both interior and exterior landscaping, including sprinkler systems.
- Utilize basic computer skills for inputting schedules and making adjustments.
- Follow all safety and security policies, reporting any maintenance issues or hazards.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and heavier items with assistance.
- Navigate stairs, ramps, and ladders as required.
- Access and locate work-related information using computer systems.
