About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at Crowne Plaza Plymouth. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve financial goals and maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure the department runs smoothly, maintaining security and safety during night time hours.
  • Maximise opportunities to sell and promote hotel services to guests.
  • Deliver brand standards and maintain high standards of Health & Safety / Food Safety.
  • Check guests in/out and complete night audit, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administer and maintain accurate records, using technology to enhance efficiency.
