Behaviour Mentor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a primary school in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN students, particularly those with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Inclusion Manager to develop and implement behaviour support plans
  • Provide one-to-one support to a KS2 student with SEMH needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to promote positive behaviour and inclusion
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
